A Recess Former (Void Former) is a multi-use void former specially designed to create a void in order to successfully operate a Mono hydraulic jack for stressing purposes without damaging the concrete around the void or the hydraulic jack.. Kingflex Void formers are designed as such that it can be used for 12.7 and 15.2 flat anchors. No more having 1 void former for a 12.7 system and another for the 15.2 system.
